The process is really quite simple.
 

Step 1. Pre-Approval
Determine the amount you can borrow

Before you even begin to look for a new place to call home, I can save you time and calculate the loan amount you qualify for. By answering just a few simple questions for me by phone, email or by clicking "Start the Process" from any page, I can get you on your way to the fun part of touring homes.  Click on the PDF link above for documentation guidelines. 

Step 2. Pre-Qualification

This takes the first step a bit further and allows me to gain a little more insight into your specific needs. I will ask you to supply me with brief information about employment history, assets/liabilities etc. which I can then use to determine the best loan program for you. A pre-qualification letter can then be issued and can be presented when you find the perfect home to help you and your realtor negotiate the very best deal.

Step 3. Loan is Approved - Loan is Funded
Once you are under contract with the perfect home, we will continue through to the underwriting process of your loan and then onto home appraisal.  We will be right by your side through every step and make certain that you are kept in the loop. When the loan funds, the keys are yours. Welcome Home!!!

Of course, we are very happy that you have a found a beautiful new place to call home, but that won't stop us from touching base with you and checking in after the dust settles. We love our clients and want to keep in touch and see how you are doing.
